Your physical health is dictated by three dominant factors.
    • Physical Activity
    • Diet

Don't expect to score perfect numbers every time but from here you can focus on increasing health by adjusting the Nutrition ( quantity and quality), modifying the Recovery Phase and changing Exercise Intensity and Volume.

      It's a cause-consequence relation.
Good physical fitness gives you a good health. If we don't count stuff like catching the flu, gastroenteritis or whatever, most health issues can be prevented - or, at least, the possibility of them happening can be reduced - by good physical fitness.
If you aren't overweight, you have less heart, back and joint issues.
If you eat healthy food and exercise, you don't 1) become overweight and 2) get hormone issues from unhealthy food. It also reduces the possibility of getting some cancers, like stomach or gut cancer.
If you have a healthy sleeping schedule, you're not as stressed, which helps you control your food intake, and your metabolism works better. Stress can also cause blood pressure issues, which tires your heart out ahead of time.

In 1948 John Bazacas started in the physical fitness industry, in Los Angeles, California. In 1961 he moved to Newport Beach and in 1971 he opened the family gym and called it the Newport Beach Athletic Club. Forty-three years later the NBAC is still family-owned and operated by the Bazacas and the Burnham families. Over the years the NBAC has gone through several renovations. The key has been to always keep in step with the fitness industry and most importantly providing outstanding service in a clean and healthy family environment.
With a plethora of gyms to choose from in OC, Newport Beach Athletic Club (NBAC) stands out because of its high-class amenities, reasonable prices, laid-back atmosphere, and unique traditions developed since its 1971 opening. Unlike many other gyms, NBAC won?t lock you into long-term memberships. We only do month to month. Everything is clean, simple, no-nonsense, utilitarian yet classy. The gym features separate training facilities designed specifically for men and women. All the amenities don?t take away from the fact that getting in shape and staying that way is still the club?s biggest focus: This is a gym, people, not a day spa.

I advise you to consult with your doctor first and than adopt any exercise. Yoga is really good practice for physical and mental fitness. Waliking is also another good exercise during this condition.

Physical fitness and health are closely related and influence each other. Here are some aspects of this relationship:
Cardiovascular health: Regular physical activity helps to strengthen the cardiovascular system. Activity increases the heart's endurance, improves blood circulation and reduces the risk of heart disease.
Musculoskeletal system: Exercising your muscles and bones helps to strengthen them and maintain good posture. This can prevent injuries and diseases of the musculoskeletal system.
General fitness: Physical fitness helps maintain a healthy weight and reduces the risk of obesity. Obesity is associated with many chronic diseases, such as diabetes and heart disease.
Mental health: Physical activity has a positive impact on mental health. It helps reduce stress, boost mood, improve sleep and reduce the risk of depression and anxiety.
Immunity: Regular physical activity helps to maintain a strong immune system, which makes the body less vulnerable to infections and diseases.
The overall goal of physical fitness is to maintain and improve health. Regular physical activity and the right level of fitness can contribute to longevity and a better quality of life.
