    How do I lose weight through diet only?

    Because so many people think they can lose weight with exercise alone. But that never works.

    What's your opinion?

    To lose weight, the MOST important thing to focus on is your diet.

    So kudos for being on the right track!

    The short & simple answer to your question is:

    You lose weight by eating fewer calories than you burn.
