    As a 27-year-old male, can I take Creatine?



    As a 27-year-old male, can I take Creatine? If so, how much should I take post or pre-workout? And can I take it every day?

    Absolutely. Load up on it first week then just maintain.most creatine labels will explain.pre and post workout for sure

    I agree with swing, but I have heard that they've done some research now and have found you do not have to load. I don't load myself and have seen some nice gains.
