    Can't connect to Naps Help



    Hi Naps,

    I have previously ordered and about to place an order but my concern is I have been unable to connect to napshelp. I get an error message that the connection is not able to be made. The reason for my concern is IF I need Help with my Order and I cannot connect to naps help, is there another way to get your help in the event I need an order status or a reship?

    turned out to be a local issues with my wireless router, nothing to do with naps at all.
