  • Puffy nipples/gyno issues?

Hey guys in need of some help here..a few months ago did my first steroid cycle lasting only 8 weeks and used only testosterone enanthate 300mg/ml.probably about the 3rd or 4th week I was using 450mg-600mg and noticed my nipples were sensitive to touch and felt sore, doing certain exercises like biceps preacher curl or any exercise that involves the chest padding, hurt my nipples.I've always had small nipples and usually store fat on my chest a lot and since my cycle when I flex my chest, my nipples look like small bubbles.was not taking any AI during that time, now I am back on test.E and using enhanced athlete's arim-rx 3 times a day and so far no pain but I'm still paranoid about getting gyno.I have a picture and open to opinions on what you guys think

This is most definitely gyno. If you want proof, go get a blood test and check your estrogen level. (There is probably a lab in your area that you can go to without a doctor. Google it.) People normally run arimidex to prevent this. That should shut down your estrogen production. Just don't overdo it, as you need some. If your joints get achy, then you know your estrogen level got too low.

You can't reverse gyno as far as I know, without surgery. So any you have you will have until you get it cut out. If you're susceptible, make sure to use arimidex or clomid or something to keep the estrogen (estradiol or E2 specifically) at bay.

First you should have NEVER run a cycle with out using an AI, this is a must!!!
Try using Anastrozole at .5mg's per day, every other day, add or subtract based on need. As far as if you still have the puffy and tender nipples, then you can try Letrozole, this is a very strong AI. Try taking 2.5mg's every day for a full week, this has worked for me a few times now. Remember though, every one is different and you may need more or less, or it may not work at all. I've seen guys do this and do absolutely nothing for them, but these guys where very prone to gyno.

Thanks guys, still new to this and very thankful for the advice! Tried pro hormones for 2 years before injectables without any gyno issues but I was careless not to be more careful, my first cycle did wonders but also gave sides as well
