    Hello guys.

    So I normally prep my meals ahead of time so I'd have them ready to eat for the whole week. I've been doing this for so long and sometimes I run out of ideas of what meals to prep next so I'm wondering if maybe you can help me with any more ideas? Please feel free to post what your daily diet looks like and hopefully I can get inspiration from them to come up with better meal prep ideas.

    Btw my goal is to lose more body fat and gradually build a little more muscle. I'm a female, 5'7" and weigh around 145lbs
