    I weigh 194 right now I'm 5'11 not body fat around 17-18 % right now I want to finally run my first cycle I've been lifting for 5-6 years and never really thought of it what would you recommend for my first cycle and what would you recommend for a oral cycle please include recommended pct too please thank you and cycle support thanks

    First I would say get your body fat down a little lower, like around 10-11%. Then start a cycle, the reason I say this is at the body fat your at now will hide all your hard work, it's not going to show like you expect it to. So I would try and get your diet and cardio dialed in first, this will also help when you go to put size on. You'll be ahead of the game, because you will know more about how many calories and what type of food you need to grow. As for an oral cycle only, many guys, myself included don't like to see some one do a oral cycle only. The reason behind this is as you take any oral they will quickly shut your own Testosterone production down with in a few weeks, leaving you with a 0 Test level. This is not where you want to be. Every cycle should have a Test base, some guys may disagree about this, but what they don't realize is that they maybe ok with an oral only cycle, but every one is different and reacts different to certain thing. Maybe 10% of guys might be able to do one of these cycles, but other may have some real trouble with this.
    Well this is how I feel and my opinion, but all in all it's up to you to figure out what works best for you.
