Ive used Naps for the past year many cycles over 5 orders with lots sent. Everything has always made it. In my experience GP is the best quality and the fastest shipment. Shocked a couple people have had issues, I'll always use NAPS !!

Uh....when I click the new address it won't load. Says that address is no responding.. I tried the site with different browser and it says it won't load because...
" this result is because of sites robots.txt."
But I got email today telling me my order was finely shipped. Thx

Doesn't work for me....maybe because in on my cell phone but never had problems getting in the old address. Idk what else to try. I've tried with my cell and roommates cell and it won't load.
???? Any ideas on what to do would be appreciated I would like to be able to login and check my order status/tracking number.

I had a issue with not getting my order. On my second reshipment I received my order within 4 days from the shipment date. My GP test was swapped with Dragon. I'm not sure if that was the customs issue or not. I'm planning on ordering from them again but I will limit my order.

I to have been robbed by Naps, placed order in November still haven't received my package, followed protocol, Naps basically said there is nothing they can do. Same thing as fellow brothers did changed addresses ect did everything thing they ask me to do.
I've been a loyal customer for many years, I won't be any longer, I won't waste my time and bad mouth them, for any new customers thinking about using them I would be very CAUTIOUS!!!!

I have sort of an off question but it's about naps. I'm wondering if anyone is able to access their new website on their cell phone? I have yet to find a cell phone that will connect to their new website however I can use my tablet which is connected to neighbor's Wi-Fi and it will connect to it fine. when I do a search for their new website on phones browser it says that a description of the website is unavailable because of the site's robots.txt and ends up notresponding when you click on they're linked. I don't really know what that means. I havedownloaded a few different browsers with no luck .I'm curious if anyone can access it from their mobile phone?

I like win all day am not a naps rep. I have been ordering for over a year now and have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Naps. Like anything else it can take some time to get the product, so order ahead of time. When I had issues or questions customer service was top notch! I will continue being a loyal customer, for the simple fact their product is the real thing. Keep up the good work Naps!

I had used them a few years back with great luck but never ended up finishing the cycle... tit was the GP test was legit though as I made it to week 5 and it was strong. I had planned to run var for the last 6 weeks, so I had ordered the QDL 100 count packets (2 of them) and ended up giving them to a buddy when I got hurt, he said they were the best var hes had.

I placed a new order for test, going to finally run my first cycle thru since all has healed and its been a few years, and now that I'm back in the US I can focus much better on training and eating. I had tried to run my first cycle well I was deployed in Iraq, so after getting injured into week 5 I came off and gave the rest away.

Excited to see how they fair now... i've read a few complaints on EROIDS about orders never showing up, a few guys had mentioned they believe naps has went downhill as a few months back that stuff never happened... so I dunno, I surely hope it's just a fluke considering the products that were shipped.

As for the phone, the site works great on my iphone or android tablet on mobile network (straight talk), and on straight talk and they work fine on WiFi. Also works fine on the PC etc... when you search on google and it shows naps it is sopposed to say description not available for security reasons they hide the meta tags and such. But once you click the link it should work fine.

If I'm on roommates tablet in neighbor's Wi-Fi I can get on the website but I can't log in now saying it doesn't recognize my email address but I can login with naps help with the same credentials. I don't know what's going on according to their tracking system my package has been in Transit for a few weeks now. I'm starting really worry again. I'm hoping it shows up this week but I can't find it on any American shipping websites. I can only find it on their tracking website to tell me it's been in transit since the 2nd.

It can take up to 30 days from some of their ship locations, I believe you will get it as it's rare they don't come thru. I know they also reship if customs takes it, etc. As for the tracking sites, I don't believe the US ones will work until the package is state side.
