  • NAPS has me worried....

    I recently placed an order with NAPS based off the good reviews, but I have had the worst experience so far. My order was cancelled the same-day my money was taken out of WU.....$771 dollars on 2-20. I have been more than accommodating with naps try to communicated the problem (sending everything they have request copies of WU receipt, ect.) but they insist that it is a billing issue (which I agree) but I have not been able to get in contact with the the so called billing department. Sent the claim to them several time no response. I am very disappointed, I had high hopes but they came crashing down. I will continue to update the progress, but it been 9 days and I am currently feel like NAPS might be a scam. Hope I am wrong.....

    Hey brother be patient, Naps will usually go way out of there way to make things right. I know it's tough when you have so much money out there, it seems like you just lost it all. If they can help they will. If you want some help I can see if there's something I can do. Let me know?

    Next time us Money Gram, so much cheaper and way easier!

      Yes it is very frustrating, but I could use any help at this point. I feel like, I have exhausted all my resources on trying to get my product or money back. It is very discouraging at this point, When a decent amount of other people say how great NAPS is and I am over hating on them at this current time...

          naps is the worst. they supposedly sent my order but I never received it. so after I contacted them they told me to provide another address and they would re send it. I did and never received that package ether. after I contacted them again they told me they could do no more and I would have to contact my post office and continue my complaint with them. they said verbatim "there is nothing else we can do" . . . how about re fund my mf money. F naps. they do good business here and there. once they decide to F you they you use an lube. imo

              I have ordered from NAPS for over a year now, never had any issues. Sometimes the orders can take a little long, but they have always pulled through!

                  This isn't Amazon.com. Seems to me they did all they could, even Amazon won't reship an order. From what I can see you don't know how shipping works, your very lucky they did a reship. Talk to USPS give them the tracking #'s that's where your issue is, not Naps! Naps has NO control over USPS. Your slamming Naps, that not fair to them for trying to help your ass out!

                    I've ordered from naps one time before with no problems. I placed an order and they receive my payment on 2/20/2016. They sent me an email that day saying The order is now being prepared for shipping. It may take up to 2-3 business days. Once the package is shipped, an email will be sent to you confirming the new status of your order. You can also always check your shipping status in your account area on 1napsgear.org. I know been two weeks but last time everything went as they said. I can't check on my order because they're site went down. I put in a ticket and they respond saying my order will ship in the 'nearest days'. Its all just got me worried as well. when I go to naps help they have a message saying there new address but it doesn't work either. I hope I'm just overreacting and I get an email soon this is my order has been shipped.

                      I recently placed an order with naps because I've used them in the past with no trouble at all. the order I just made was paid for in money collected on 2-20-2016.they sent me an email that day saying that my order will be shipped in 2 to 3 days and it has yet to been sent. I put a ticket in they sent me a response saying my order should be sent in the nearest days. I hope I'm justoverreacting to their site being shut down and not being able to go and login and check the status but the last time I ordered from them everything went as said. hopefully I'll get an email in the next couple of days saying my order has been shipped.

                          I too had a question about whether my package had been sent and this is the site they gave me. If it hasn't made it to your country (I'm in USA), this is where you can find when it was shipped out in another country.

                          I have been buying from Naps since 2011 and they have ALWAYS sent the package. The other alternative is that your package was confiscated by customs, which in the USA, customs will send you a letter. Copy that letter and send it to Naps, and they will refund your money. That happened to my good friend, but he got a full refund. Honestly, that is excellent customer service, because after all, you are shipping contraband and its buyer beware!

                            UPDATE!!!!!

                            I have not had any success with NAPS resolving the tickets that I have submitted - in regard to NAPS receiving the money on 2/20/2016 and canceling my order. Mr. Big has said that he would be willing to help; I have sent him a PM as well as sending a PM to a NAPS rep. Hopefully I have more success with this route. However, at this current point I have zero faith in NAPS's way of doing business. I will keep you updated until the issue is resolved.
