    i am 5'8 160lbs...workout steady. took a cycle of test enanthate 250mg/ml 10ml and dbol for my first cycle last year, june to middle of august 2015. got gains but stopped working out since. I'm getting back into working out from the start of the year and got 2 more bottles of test enanthate 250mg/ml 10ml, gp methandienone 50mg. also i have nolva and clompiphene. i already took 2 injections of test this month. also last year when i took dbol i broke out bad on my back which is clearing up and not trying to go threw that again. i am 35 years old male and 160lbs. I'm trying to bulk up and get cut. this is my 2nd time and I'm trying to do this right and take all the right supps to help me reach my goals. please any suggestions/recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

    I think HCG is a good idea to your cycle or pct, estrogen control is important too, make sure you have Anastrozol or Exemestane during the cycle.

    For PCT you can add Taurine, Vit E and Mucuna Pruriens. They are great supplements to help restart testosterone production. Maybe you enjoy Ashwagandha, Vit C and Tyrosine for cortisol control during and post cycle.

    And remember the most important: diet. Learn how much protein, carbohydrate and fat you are eating. It is the key to muscle growth.

        This is basically an oxymoron. You can do this, but it take a very long time, you're better off choosing one and going with that. The guys here have you covered for the rest of your questions.
