  • Anyone else feel like this sometimes or is it just me?

    You're in the gym and - particularly when you're on a cycle - you can't help thinking to your self, "Why does that little worm have to be on the ONE machine I need to use?" You can't work in because it'll be too much adjusting, like they're squatting on the Smith machine and you need to do inclines. I know it's not a good attitude, and I know my workout isn't more important than anybody else's, but for some reason it just gets to me sometimes.

    So I wait, semi-patiently, while he finishes his 5-rep sets of bench presses with 135 lbs.

    I am typically that little worm - hahaha
    However; people aren't usually waiting on me because I go to the gym around 10Pm each night.
    Everyone has to start somewhere though .

          Haha no worries John - I was just giving you a hard time. Glad you have a place to vent!
          Mr. Big - much appreciated man, put on 35 pounds in the last 4 months. Progress is happening!!

            I'm definitely guilt of that sometimes - actually all the time. However, just gotta ask yourself who are you to judge someone else's current fitness state. Just by showing up to the gym, they're doing better than most.

              I hate when it takes guys 45 min to finish the work out on a specific machine. I'll get my whole workout in while there just finishing. 10 to 15 min between reps is just stupid.

                I always just do something else in training a muscle that day there r several excersises u can do leave the ego at home
