    Pre Workout and Post Training



    Hi Brothers,
    i hope this is the right place to post this. im in a cutting session right now and was looking for a pre workout, what can you guys recomend also who used the new Jack3D Mirco vs ON Platinum PRE?

    Second question any one heard of Scitec Nutrition, i think its a brand from EU and they make a Protein called IsoGreat and 100% Whey Isolate?

    A peanut butter and banana or PBJ sandwich.
    Greek yogurt with berries.
    Oatmeal with low-fat milk and fruit.
    Apple and peanut or almond butter.
    Handful of nuts and raisins (two parts raisins: one part nuts)
