    First cycle w/ Log



    Go time!

    I started my first cycle this week. I'm doing a very basic cycle to start -
    Break down on my plan:
    500mg Test E, two injections per week. The cycle is going to last 12 weeks.
    14 days after last T shot, begin Clomid 12.5mg EOD for 21 days.
    I was going back and forth on whether or not to utilize an AI for this cycle, however; after reading "Fists" article on basic first time cycles, I decided just to go without and then apply if necessary.


    I took my first injection this Tuesday, (I know, it's not on a monday. I've held onto the gear for a couple weeks now and just didn't want to wait any longer.) so my injection days will be Tues & Fri

    I'm doing 4 weight gain & protein shakes a day, BCAA's Daily, Betaine daily, Fish oils, glucosamine, two scoops of creatine magnesium chelate, and a multi vitamin daily.

    I'm weighing in at 155lbs now, 5'6 - doing 6 meals a day and consuming between 250-300g's of protein a day.

    I'll be tracking my work outs on here in correlation with my cycle. Today is leg day, it'll be my first leg day since my injection so wish me luck

    Looks good and I will follow
    But 6 meals a day and 4 are weight gainers????? No no
    Sort out your diet...macros... And you will get a lot more from the gear....

    I'm following a regimen diet on the work out plan that I'm utilizing.
    What recommendations do you have? I have NEVER been able to put on size, that's why I am consuming so much.

    Took my 2nd Injection on the 17th, I took this one in the late morning/early afternoon. This was different in retro-spect to this Tuesday of this week. I took my first injection late at night and went for a jog afterwards. No post injection pain until 6+ hours later. The only pain I felt was like I had done a really hard leg day, and it only lasted for a couple hours.

    Work outs for the last couple days:
    7/16: Leg Day (DS = Drop Set)
    1. Barbell Squat: 180lb x 5, 200lb x 4, 205lb x 3. DS 140lb x 10
    2. Leg Extensions: 200lb x 5, 210lb x 4, 240lb x 3 DS 170lb x 10
    3. One leg, leg press: 90lb x 5, 115lb x 4, 180lb x 3, DS 90lb x 10
    4. Assisted squats: 270lb x 5, 320lb x 4, 335lb x 10
    5. Prone Leg Curl: 120lb x 5, 130lb x 4, 140lb x 3, DS 100lb x 5
    6. Ab crunch (machine): 110lb x 9 ea side, 120lb x 8 ea, 130lb x 7 ea, 150lb x 6
    7. Rotary Torso: 100lb x 9 ea side, 110lb x 8 ea, 120lb x 7
    8. 3 Sets 75 Second plank.


    7/17: Chest, Tricep, Calf (RP = Rest Pause)
    1. Barbell Bench: 90lb x 15, 105lb x 14, 140lb x 11, 130lb x 5, RP, 110lb x 10
    2. Incline dumbell press: 35lb x 15, 40lb x 13, 45lb x 12, RP 40lb x 5
    3. Dumbell Fly: 22.5lb x 15, 25lb x 15, 30lb x 12, RP 30lb x 5
    4. Incline Cable Fly: 90lb x 15, 100lb x 13, 110lb x 12, RP 110lb x 6
    5. Tricep Pulldown: 80lb x 15, 90lb x 13, 100lb x 10, RP 100lb x 6
    6. Standing Tricept Ext: 40lb x 15, 45lb x 14, 50lb x 13, RP 50lb x 4
    7. Seated Dip: 160lb x 15, 180lb x 12, 160lb x 13, RP 160lb x 6
    8. Seated Calf Raise: 90lb x 30, 100lb x 25, 125lb x 25 RP 125lb x 25
    9. Standing CAlf Raise: 90lb x 30, 140lb x 25, 180lb x 25

    Get training hard... You soon get hungry.
    And eat food...proper food . Shakes are a supplement on your diet they shouldn't be the main thing lol

    *Update*

    Tomorrow will be my 6th pin with Test E 250. So far so good, no sides; haven't had to utilize any cycle support, which I'm thankful for. Been hitting the weights hard & eating a ton. My nipples have become sensitive, but no burning or anything like that. I haven't noticed a ton of difference with my mood or in the gym. Everything seems relatively normal, maybe a bit of an increase in libido; but that's probably it. 9 more weeks to go, hoping the gains will be good and I can lock some in. I decided to not continue to post up my work outs on here because it's not really a "Workout Log" thread. I will post those up in the correct area.

    6th pin today, Usually the night before I get jacked that I get to pin and I toss and turn for awhile in anticipation. No sides thankfully, hoping that I can just run the entire cycle without an AI - hitting the gym hard today.
