Ive used this Pyramid style training many many times and decided to use it again today for legs.Here's this mornings workout.....


Squats------------------4 sets of---------4,8,12,20
Stiff legged Deads------3 sets of---------6,8,10
Front Squats-----------4 sets of---------4,8,12,15
Leg Ext-----------------4 sets of---------12,8,6,15


Then did elliptical for20 minutes,moderate pace just for a cool down.
