    I placed an order with Naps on the 24th of last month. I received a partial order very quickly and have not received the rest. The is my first order and had planned on making this my go to site but no one will return any of my messages. My account was mysteriously deleted when I tried to log in and check on my order. I made a second account just so I could send a pdf file copy of my order that included my name and address along with order number and still no reply. I have messaged the reps on this forum and yet again no reply. This is a significant amount of money. I did not want to post this publicly but hat do you do when no one will answer you? This will definitely NOT be my last post online if someone will not answer my emails and let me know what's going on.

    Really sorry to hear that. I've made many orders and have had great luck. I know they do send partial orders some times if they are waiting on stock? Is it hgh you're missing by chance?

    Just a side note, they have been having forum / website issues over the last few months which could explain the issue with your account. Hopefully someone will get back to you quickly.

        If a rep or someone would reply that would really help. I don't mind being a little late but just to put you on ignore mode isn't cool. I am someone that will be a regular if I can get a response from someone.

              What do you mean by messages?? You need to start a ticket at there Customer Service web site??? (https://www.napshelp.com/index.php?) if your emailing them they may never get back to you. If you did open a ticket, just be patent they will get back to you. If you have pissed them off already they also may not get back to you. Not that I'm an ass kisser, but if you don't kiss there ass when you open a ticket and you are an asshole yourself, they will say go fuck yourself and wont reply to you. Kissing there ass just a little will get you VERY far with CS, but that's up to you brother.

                The problem is my account is deleted and can't open a ticket. Made another account just to send the copy of my order and haven't had a reply. Hopefully I get a reply about my account and status of order or it shows up soon. I will post that it come in when it does or when I get a reply.

                  As a business owner it is really unbelievable that someone has sent me a message after posting this in a public forum. Do these guys realize they have a lot of competition? How much of their business comes from these forums? Just wow. I have a post out here stating that I will take this down once I'm messaged and update the status and still no one has messaged me. Morons. I don't care of this guy is an asshole or not, he will be hurting from this much more than I will. I have had successful orders elsewhere. I just wanted to try naps. Send me a message with my status dummies! It's pretty simple!!! Business 101. Smfh.

                    First, you went to them. Second, they don't need your business....... at all!!!! Third this isn't Wal-Mart, realize what you're purchasing.
                    You have NO idea how much Naps does in sales, it would make your fucking head spin if you knew!!!!

                    With that said, I ask again that you try to be patient, if you choose to be an asshole to them, then that's on you

                      Do what! They don't need my business??? I am the customer brother. They DO need my business! YOU have no idea how posts like these can affect sales. This is just my first. There are many more to come. I don't take being ripped off lightly at all. I don't give a rats ass who this guy is of what kind of asshole he is. I demand a response. With that said, I won't be ordering from idiots that can't return a simple email again. Ever. All that's left from me going on a post rampage is to receive my order. I won't be ordering from Naps again in the future. Be an ass kisser if you won't and enable then to do bad business. They have much competion which will be found out real quick like if they treat others this way. I have no issues with orders from other places. I will continue to update this thread. If that is painful for you I would advise not to comment on it.

                        Ok, well you've answered the question I had...... YOU ARE an asshole, trust me, they DON'T need or want your dumb ass business. As for demanding a response, you're a fuckin joke, this isn't fuckin Wal-Mart brother, you want to demand shit, go purchase your gear from some asshole that gives a rat ass! As for more post.....the Mod's will just delete and or banned you, so post away dumb ass!

                          Patients is a virtue man. If you handle it correctly they will correct it. Make a ticket if you haven't already. Even if it's under a new account. I've ordered several times now and have only had one issue of a missing item and i received it promptly after notifying them. Your one rant on here isn't going to deter anyone from buying from them. This forum is sponsored by naps alone and you're pretty much preaching to loyal customers.

                          Feel free to rant on other forums too, anyone with any experience will just laugh at your rant. You might shy away a few noobs but you won't hurt their overall customer base.

                          But with all said i do wish you luck on your order correction.

                          PS> It does seem like the mods haven't been on as much. There's a few things i've seen lately that i thought for sure would stir them

                              I can't make a ticket because my account is deleted!!!! This is why I'm pissed. I made account with all of my info and sent them copies of my order twice. I am now posting on a f'ing public forum and still no response. Mr. Big do you have some kind of stake in Naps? What's your deal? Wow! Trying to score brownie points? Go purchase gear from someone that gives a rats ass? Alin returns emails by the next day. Alinshop. I've been waiting fro 3 weeks for an email. All I have asked for was a freaking email. Unreal. I have a business you jackass. I am not Wal Mart either. I can assure you that if someone was on a public forum posting and I knew about it I would immediately send that guy an email. Again you are correct. This isn't Wal Mart, there isn't a monopoly here. It seems that you are trying to score brownie points with someone. You are saying that it is okay for Naps to slow ship or rip you off if you say something out of the way an that is the reason that my account was deleted. To appease future purchasers perhaps? Who knows. I can assure you I said nothing at al out of the way. There wasn't even an email sent to them until I made another account because it was deleted! For no reason whatsoever. I can tell you this, Mr. Big mouth, I can post this shit all over the net. If Naps sends me my order I will update that it was sent and no harm. The big thing is that I can't make a ticket because of my account and I immediately smelled rip off. That's why I am asking for someone to get back with me. It doesn't matter if it's underground or a large chain. Bad business is bad business.
