    For what it's worth to you,. I found my legs really started to grow when i moved to higher reps. That doesn't mean that I use light weight. A little lighter maybe, but instead of striving to add more lbs, I strive to add more reps to difficult weight. 20 + rep sets work well on legs for a lot of guys
