              Ive lost 25 lbs in 2 months from cutting out a lot of junk food, eating more fruit and sticking to eating a certain number of calories a day. Plus I do some aerobic exercise 2 times a week for 4 hours total. I loosen up on the weekend and have a few cheat meals but I don't go crazy. Seems to be working. I was 270lbs 2 months ago now Im 244lbs. Like they say its a long term commitment but if you are just consistent it works.

                  Caloric intake vs. calorie used. The type of calories is also a determining factor. Even if you're taking a supplement for weight loss, your food intake is going to determine the amount of fat lost if any.
