    Hey everyone,

    I'm a 43 year old fireman in South Carolina. I've always worked out and tried to stay in shape, but it does get harder with the soreness and stiff joints, not to mention the birth of my beer baby at some point in the last several years.

    I am currently 6'2 and weigh 255. I need to drop thirty pounds and would like to actually feel better and gain some additional muscle. My reason for posting is I have been reading about Peptides and trying to decide at my age, what I would benefit more from in addition to a good diet and sticking with the weights.

    I'm pretty much aware of juice and it's sides, but I'm a little more in the dark on HGH/Peptides. I know the benefits, however I'm not too sure of the risks.

    It would mean the world for some info, stories from those who have taken the various paths that might can share some info. I'm wondering what the sides are, obviously but also the length I need to stay on HGH as well as what would happen should I stop.

    i'm a little younger and I dont have exp. with hgh but maybe go see the hrt doctor and see what he says if you could get it legally do it.

      some people use it with much success, me personally, will start again in the beginning of 2013. I strongly believe that to be succesfull you also need to improve your training, eating habits etc. At the moment i lack the time. There is a diference in Gh vs ghrp/ghrh, some want to pin the gh others think that the more natural way of using ghrp is more healthy. Fact is that dosing is important, as a rule of the tumb, for anti-aging 2 iu/day, fitness/cosmetic bodybuilding 4 iu, bodybuilding 10 iu. Pro bodybuilders are known to use 15 iu and higher, though they deny. One of the side-effects of drug use is lying. Because everybody is admitting to small doses, others won't be the idiots that take huge doses of either Gh or slin or AAS, and therefore deny. Some do admit in interviews anonymous (Iron Man magazine). Or with a nick (GH15) in forums.

      My expirience is that older guys use Gh with small doses of Testosterone or Trenbolone. The simular use gives much better results.

      you will read all over the net that an increase of IGF1 will increase your chance on cancer. It won't cause cancer but rather speed it up. High Gh leads to high IGF. Thus what is important for older guys that want to be safe and use it as anti-aging to feel better - have a better immunesystem- have a bigger libido-stamina etc etc. Should use it wise and not abuse. Try to restore youthfull levels of GH/IGF, its a delicate balance. Everybody is unique, thus there is no binding protocol. That aklso is true for the moment of pinning, some do it when they wake up other devide the doses and pin two times daily. You can find many injection protocols on the net but you must do it yourself, mostly via trial and error.
