    Listen, i know you guys get these all the time, and i'm probably going to be harassed for posting this, but none the less i am asking for some help.

    I'm not new to the Lifting world at all. I've been training my body since i could lift a weight. I did football in hs and college. Amateur Bodybuilding has been my past time for the past about 2 years. I've been looking into a cycle for the past few months. I've asked those i've known who have done one, and it seems that the best for me may be a cycle of Winny

    I suppose my true question for you all is whether or not i should only run winny. I've been reading about the joint issues that come from winny. I dont' want to be in constant pain due to winny, so is there anything i could use with it to alleviate the joint issues? Also, from experience, what were some of your results from a cycle of Winny? I'm currently 196 at 12% bf. My goal for the next 4-5 months is to get down to 6% bf, then when i get there do a very slow bulk to 225. My goal weight is 220 and 6% bf. For my height of 5'11" i think that will be good contest weight. I want to compete in the next year or two, so obviously i want something that will be out of my system within a year as well.

    i'm in the same boat as you brotha, my planned cycle is gonna be a long ester test, which usually should be the base for every cycle. 400-500 mg should do you fine

      most people will say test for base. cyp or e. some people have some orals to kick of cycles or end. just read all the posts like this and see what you think. how is your diet?

        my diet has always been on par. I know my macro's and my daily intake.

            If your trying to stay lean then you could run some Test Prop about 100mg eod. You really should run some sort of Test with the winny. As far as joint pain you could throw in some Deca to help with it, but only if things get unbearable. This is because you may get some water retention.

              I would run the long ester test only at 500mg if this is your first cycle..the short ester would be great as Mr.Big has pointed out but have you ever injected yourself before..?? once you do it, you may not want to do it every day as with a short ester...just sayin... you can cut with test just fine...!!! may not be the most effective but does work...your diet and type of training (cardio) will dictate your bodyfat more than anything else...by diet, of course I mean caloric intake and macro percentages of your caloric intake..and yes, like stated above you should always make test. the base for your cycle. The long esters will make you retain more water, but you can and should control that with a good AI anyways...good luck bro..

                Thanks for the tips mrbig and one-more. Honestly i'm glad i've posted on here, because i really wasn't aware that test should always be in a cycle, no matter the type of progam, be it cut or bulk. I'm definitely going to look more into that. I refuse to be that guy who runs gear without complete knowledge of the best way to run, and the best gear to run. And as far as the diet n such goes, i am aware on the role that diet plays in one's fitness. I would never run gear unless my diet and workout schedule are top notch.

                Again thanks for the tips. Any other tips/techniques are welcome and appreciated.

                  IMO - 1st cycle should be just Test 400-500mg see how you react + if u get sides.
                  Then 2nd cycle u can add 1 compound, again see how you react + if u get sides -(u get the idea).

                  The reasoning why most of us swear by Test as a base is because of the amounts/dosage of Winny u would need to compensate for your natural test never mind the boost u want vs. the risks+sides @ such a dose. Test is the safest with the least sides for this NattyTest replacement.

                        whats up dude...I am currently running my first cycle as well. Been on it for 23 days and i am up from 198lbs to 216lbs which is awesome, of course not all muscle, but i'm still very happy with the results so far. Everyone here has helped me a lot, and I am running 500mg/week of test E along with 30mg a day of dbol for 5 weeks.

                        I am noticing no sides so far, some lower back pumps occasionally, but nothing major whatsoever. You can run a single compound like many recommend. i just opted to use the Dbol to jump start my cycle, and I am very happy I did. I'm just 24 and have tons of time for more cycles in the future. I also am using anastrozole .5mg every 3 days...basically keeping it very simple for a first cycle, which is what i'd do if I were you as well. Hope this sort of helped man, good luck!

                            Yea. I'm pretty decided on my cycle.

                            12 weeks
                            500mg/week Test e
                            .5mg anastrozole e3d
                            PCT = Nolva starting week 14

                            pretty much exactly what everyone is saying to do for the first cycle.

                              I think you should add a jump start personally..cause as it is you won't notice any change in 4 to 6 weeks in
