    cardio feet

    i walk a lot. i mean, i'm always walking. i walk for work. i walk on the treadmill. i'm constantly walking. slowly but surely, i've been developing blisters on my feet. they obviously hurt and make it uncomfortable with each step i take. now this is totally gross, but one seems to even have gotten infected, which i'm treating with an antibiotic cream. the others, i have been wrapping in medical tape to blunt the pain of walking. i looked down last night before bed and my feet lloked so ridiculous, i quickly realized i needed to document the moment on camera lol.
