    What's up brotha? Wanted to drop a quick question by you since you've got experience with the insulin pins.. Can't get any actual pins because I'm in California and they require scripts for everything but insulin pins.. I noticed you said 25g was wondering your thoughts on 29g for test cyp. I know some are thicker then others and I've got QDL right now.. Also did you pin stomach, glutes, or where? Thanks in advance

    good. i think 16 wks is ideal. let me know if you want my opinion or experience along the way.

    couple of thoughts. shoot progress pics every wk, using the same lighting every time. its a lot easier to see how you're coming along that way. after you lose some initial water, the scale may not move much from wk to wk but the pics will tell you whats happening. practice your posing often. i put in 30 min a day sevreral times a wk and increase as you get closer to ED. someone with a decent physique who can pose well can often beat a guy with a better physique who isnt as good as presenting his muscle. learn to hold poses HARD for long periods. when the show comes, you'll be thankful you did when you're in long comparison rounds, holding tight while the guys next to you are shaking

    Hey ODB how's it going? Into my eigth week of my cycle and have gained close to 10 lbs. pretty stoked, hey I wanted to get you thoughts on a summer cycle. I really want to do a tren en cycle but don't know what 1 would look like. I'm thinking running it for 12 weeks. What are your thougts?

    ODB Yes I'm another Masshole, are you from Eastern or Western Ma.? I am from western Ma. Just started training for a spring meet. Not sure which one. Last year I did 3 meets had a pretty good year for first time powerlifter. I plan on breaking all my records. You in you're 40's?
