    Then I would do about 4000-4500 calories a day, no I would add any more to that cycle. You have a good cycle there, you'll just complicate it if you add more. Always use KISS, (Keep It Simple Stupid). Like I said, it will depend on you on how this cycle goes for ya. Remember, cardio, diet and caloric intake will determine how much lean muscle and fat you gain.
