I went into the week 9 with 180lbs and gained 8lbs. Strength is amazing. Cravings are giving me serious mood swings but it's k, sleep is little off but i have melatonin for that.
Drugs: 500mg test e, 100mg tren eod, 50mg winny, 62.5mcg of t3, 100mg of clen, 200mg caffeine and waiting for yohimbine hcl.
Diet:
8am: 6 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats (dry measure)
11am: 6 oz chicken breast
1-1:30 pm 6 oz chicken breast, 5 oz sweet potato
2:30pm train
4:45-5pm: 6oz steak or extra lean ground beef, large green salad, 5 oz sweet potato
7pm 6 oz chicken breast, 1/4 cup raw almonds, or walnuts
9pm 8 oz white fish, 15 almonds, 6 asparagus spears
11:00 25 g whey iso in water, 1 level tbs of natty peanut butter
Cardio is at 50mins.
