sorry about yesterday guys, had a super busy day didn't get home till 4am midnight from work, kind of pushed me back on my meals today as i take min 6 hr sleep if something goes off my work schedule instead of usual 8hr sleep. Things are looking good but the sugar craving is getting worse and worse, hopefully it will go away soon. other than that body is a great shape, strength is going up steadily, bf is dropping but weight is stable right now which is concerning me a little but gonna ask sam if it stays the same for another 2 weeks.
