Well, I have stuck to my Gym and workout goals for the last 3 1/2 weeks. My weight upon waking up today was 225lbs! I am 2 days into a 3 day low carb cycling diet at 3000 cals.
mac ratios 50% protein,/ 30% carb/ 20%fat
every 4th day is a cheat day (3600-4000 cals with approx. 300-350 grams of carbs) and I have kept it clean as well...the results speak for itself
...those that know, this aint a lot of carbs ha ha....but my results are phenominal!...down 10 lbs of pure fat in 3.5 weeks...I couldn't be happier
