Okay so instead of creating a new post, I accidentally placed my workout on the comments section of my previous one, lol my bad. But I'm also going to put it on here so I'll have a better log of things:
So for today, I did:
15 mins jump rope, for cardio
15X4push ups
10X4 wall ball burpees
10X15 10lbs dumbbell chest press
10X15 10lbs dumbbell chest flys
10X15 10lbs bent over rows
10X15 25lbs pec deck machine
10X15 25lbs machine chest press
10x15 30lb barbell bench press
1x10 push ups (cool down)
As for supplements, I did my research and found these that I might purchase soon. Still weighing in on which one is better though. Any thoughts, please? I'm kind of not an expert when it comes to supplements so I badly need opinions/insights on this one.
