  • Next cycle advice and critique please?

    I need advice to help with my next goal/cycle. And I'm looking to include SARMS.
    Ok here goes.....
    5'7 195 lbs
    10.7% BF Measured by InBody Test at Lyster Army Health Clinic
    35 years young
    Test is at the lower end of normal
    Been training off and on for at least 5 years but only serious the last 18 months

    I've done one 14 week AAS cycle
    500mg Test E/week
    30mg dianabol as a 4-week kicker
    60mg Anavar weeks 11-14
    50mg Proviron weeks 11-14
    HCG weeks 11-14
    Arimidex E3D
    PCT Nolva/Clomid weeks 17-21

    To that end, my cardio suffered tremendously! I look and feel great though. Blood work came back with my triglycerides and HDL all jacked up! I went from 178 lbs to 203 lbs by the end of the cycle.I'm guessing 10 lbs of that was water weight. I'm holding steady at 195 for the last 6 months. All my bloods are normal again. And I feel I am ready for my next cycle. I want to include Cardarine if it does what it claims. Especially if it helps with cholesterol. Diet is descent, but not perfect. I really don't like measuring and weighing my food. I also enjoy the holidays like the rest of the normal people. Water intake is a gallon or more daily.

    So, my goal now is to lower BF to around 6% and drastically improve my cardio. I'm getting a ton of different reads from multiple sources. I think im there...critique my current thought on my next go round?

    250mg Test E week for 16 weeks
    Front load 4 weeks with an oral (suggestions) Turinabol?
    200mg Boldenone or Masterone for 16 weeks
    30mg daily Cardarine for the duration of the cycle
    and of course a good PCT
    maybe add some Clen and T3

    What do you guys think? I hope im not leaving anything out.

    why did u lower test this cycle ?
    i like Mast.
    no offense but clen & T3 isn't a maybe add-on have a solid plan with those 2.
