back into training and need advice.

Recovery(pct) is a pre-individual thing. You'll probably have to tweak your pct a couple of times to find what works best for you. I'm able to start hcg towards the end of a cycle and take anastrozole alone for my pct and recover well with that combo but that may not work for everyone. Also when running AI's you'll find that some people are sensitive to them and some are not. Some take them daily some every other day some every third day and I've read where some don't have to take them at all. I think starting at .5mg e3d is a good starting point and adjust as needed. I'm one that responds well to a .5mg a day dose but that dries a lot of guys out. You'll have to listen to your body to find your sweet spot and go from there. You asked in an earlier post about tracking your progress. You can go to the cycle log section and keep a detailed log of your progress there if that's something you wanted to share. Good luck and I hope all goes well with you. The key thing to me is listening to your body. It'll tell you what's working and what isn't if you listen to it and adjust accordingly.

I thought HCG helps kickstart your natural test going again. So you don't think it would play against the test which stops my natural test and HCG trying to start my test at the sametime. The only reason I say this is I was listening to Rick Piana who states this in the vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=faX9nv5Coj8 starts at 8min and talks about it and it makes since.Last edited by Squirrel702; 08-06-2013, 01:52 AM.

Length: 5 weeks
Layout:
Weeks 1-4- 40 mg GP Nolva per day
Weeks 1-4 100mg GP Clomiphene per day
Weeks 1-5 1mg GP Anastrozole per day
Week 1- 4,500 iu HCG
Week 2- 3,000 iu HCG
Week 3- 1,500 iu HCG
Use the HCG during your cycle at about 500iu per week and stop right before PCT (start about 5 weeks in). I have read that you should not be using HCG post cycle due to the suppression of the natural test level you are trying to raise

true that I have read so much and still have issues at times lol. what do you think of this post workout PCT after my 10 week run. I never really did a post except for nolva and was never effected by the test I was pinning. With this run I want to and due to my age.

The only reason why some guys get slammed, is because they go and buy gear, start using it, have issues and come here and ask how should they be using what they have. They should do research before using something that they will be putting in there body.

Sorry I am under the impression you haven't been training at all for a long time, this is true? If it is just lo test then maybe a hrt thing is for you. I just think gear is for guys who have been training consistantly and have gotten some really good gains first. Don't ever take for granted what can be achieved naturally. If I was wrong and your already semi buffed training hard then I was mistaken.
Your right in a way but when I train I train like a mad man. I have been going to the gym natural and now I am wanting more. I eat right 99% of the time with maybe some ice cream or some thing every once in awhile. I hear what you are saying and ppl look at me like someone that has always been in shape or gym rat my whole life just breaking my back and my heel shattered changed my body and turning 40 suck lol but I still feel like i am 20 most of the time I just need the a little extra. I went through a lot of depression due to my accident and still fighting it because I am not what I was, I can't run like I used to and not because of age because of heel, and then loosing everything I worked for. But now I am fighting to get it back one day at the gym at a time. BUt thank you all for your great advice. I will keep you guys posted on my progress. Where do I go for that in the forum to keep ppl posted.

Deca should be 400mg's ew, 250mg's ew is not enough. The Adex should be .5mg's eod to e3d, everything else looks good. Yes our sponsor is good to go!!!

also this is what the cycle looks like.
Cycle Layout:
Weeks 1-10 500 mg GP Test Enanth 250 per week.
Weeks 1-10 250 mg GP Deca250 per week
Weeks 1-6 40 mg GP Methan 10 per day

LOL at BIG PA I guess I asked for that huh. BUt thank you guys for the advice and no this would be my 4th or 5th time with just test cycle but this time I am throwing in the rest. Would you guys recommend napsgear or know anything about the site.

This is all you need, 500mg's of Test Enanth 250, pinned twice a week Monday and Thursday. You need to do less Deca so you don't get Deca dick, I would do 400mg's a week of GP Deca250, pinned the same day as the Test, in the same barrel (you can mix them). GP Methan10, I would do 30-40mg's ed (every day) for 4-6 weeks but no longer than the 6 weeks, it's very toxic to the liver. GP Anastrozole, do .5mg's eod (every other day) and adjust as needed, for your 10 weeks of training.
If you have any issues with your back and or ankle the Deca will help. This is not a typical first cycle, but because of your back and ankle, the Deca will help a lot. Good luck brother, if you want, when you start, post a thread in the cycle section so we can follow you.
