Need help with winstrol tablete and D-bol

I am 191 cm 104 kg , training over 2 years have abit fat to lose. Now i want to try with those 2 steroids.

Best way to use winstrol tablete ?
shoud i take something else with them ?

Same goes for D-bol ?
Maybe good thing to take winstrol with d-bol or should i take them separate.
