Whats up board im David how are all you guys doin i came on here a while back as CageFX413^FAA now im back and ready as ever to work with everyone and get it going. I took a while off i went on vacation to california for a while i needed at get away lol. Now im back and skinny as ever haha i had no diet or weights out there just booze and medical marijuana what a life change for me i guess thats the cali life style lmao. Well hey we learn from our mistakes so im home back training my azz off and time to get my diet in check and them comes the cycle i cant wait but patience is everything so here i go im off.
