Sometimes I work the same body part twice a day. Once about noon an then again at 11pm. I am definately more sore the next day. Sometimes I feel like I just didn't work hard enough after the first workout although I am exhausted. Perhaps at 50 I don't have the energy of a guy in his 20's. Sometimes my second workout is more like just doing feeder sets where I pump the muscle up with many reps to fill them with blood which brings nutrients into them and get rid of toxins at the same time. At least thats what Rich Piana says.
Anyway question is does anybody work the same body part twice a day and feels like they get good results? I am not interested in opinions at all. I am looking for guys with experience doing it and their thoughts.
