    Hey guys I just want to hear what people liked the best as far as schedule.


    Mine goes like this:
    Mon-Chest/tri
    Tue-Legs
    Wed-back/Bi
    Thur-shoulder
    Fri-bi/tri

    I sometimes take wed off and split em up.And also I usually take Fri,sat,sun off and do cardio sometimes.But If I do light bi and tri on mon and wed,I'll hit
    Em on fri is why I had that posted
    In that schedule lol.
