starting my 5/3/1 routine finally this new years day, well 01/02/12.was wondering if FIST could give an opinion on this for me.i want to do 5/3/1 simply for the strength foundatio it provides but as far as the rest of the routine it's pretty much instinctive.fly by wire i call it.as long as i get my major compound lift in,say on bench day, would it be wise to hit one more movement with something like incline db benches but almost in a "bulldozer fashion",then hit either one last isolation movement like flyes in an fst-7 fashion/
i can remember doing fst-7 in the early 90's before it was even called that, lol! i want my foundation built thru the most basic compound movements yet still toss in at least one more movement but at a heavier wght and higher reps-as i go up in my percentages accordingly of course.question may seem vaugue so hit me up here or you know where if you need more details.thnx brother.
