So about 2 months ago I hit a plateau at the gym and wasn't really seeing any gains in strength or size. Tried a few different things and nothing seemed to be working. So I decided to give swimming laps a shot. Been swimming laps now about two months and I can totally tell a difference not only in strength, but in my stabilizer muscles as well. My joints have also been feeling better since I have started. Just some food for thought for anyone that have reached a plateau.
