Start with a good rapid pump exercise like Standing Barbell curls for 8 reps.Use a moderately fast rhythm.Keep tension on your bi's by lowering the bar to about 2 inches of your thighs and curling again.
Move immediately to either triceps push downs or double dumb kick backs for 10-12 reps.
Without resting,do a set of incline,peak contraction dumb curls for 10-12 reps.
Finish off by lying back on incline and doing barb,triceps extentions for 8 reps.I like to use the ez curl bar more because its more comfortable on the wrists.
Repeat this series 3 times.Rest up to 3 minutes between sets.
