Current stats: 30 years old, 6'0", 180lbs, ~4000 calories/day, 1.5-2.0 gallons of water/day, training 6 days/week with Upper/Lower split.
Been lifting for several years and hoping to find good info to boost my gains and performance. Hoping to find a cocktail for 6-8 weeks to boost lean muscle gains before cutting for the summer, then hitting the ground hard next fall to really bulk. I know delivery can take several weeks so I'm hoping to order soon so I can try through March/April.
I've never used IM so have been researching oral, but know it's harder on the liver. I work in medicine so not against injecting, but never have and want to be sure I have the right dosages/products before fucking with my body chemistry.
Any/all advice appreciated, especially if specific products and cycles included. Thanks!
