So I was thinking of taking 40mg for the first two weeks , 60mg for the 2nd two and stack with 5mg creatine half way along with 40mg of proviron.. I have 1 bottle of Anavar (20mg) 70 tablets. Not looking for crazy ass results but I want to shed body fat. What do you think?

As mild nature steroids ,Anavar is most popular among women users. It takes effect after 3 weeks, so a month cycle works not that efficiently.As a beginner, taking 50 mg/ed is ok,splitting dosages into AM(25 mg) and pre-workout(25mg) is suggested.Stacked with Tren and Test will be better. Anavar is commonly used as cutting cycle.

First u always need test e or cyp as a base & being your first cycle get your bf down to at least 15% .and you need an AI hCG on cycle

Hey, so I'm looking to take my first ever cycle and looking to do the safest oral and I heard Anavar was the way to go. Ive read up a lot about it and I'm not sure how to take it because of all the different answers. Even though I heard a month cycle is not worth it, that's what I'm doing before my spring football season starts. Need some answers!!
- Should I stack anything with it?
- 50mg/day okay?
- Clomid as a PCT?
- Will I see results( looking to cut BF/see some gainzzz)
- Is it helpful for Post ACL reconstruction( 11 months post surgery)
- Will I need a liver support?

Bro I'm no expert by any means. But if I read your post correctly. Your 21 years old ? If that's correct consider training a few more years clean. Build your body thru the basics. Good diet and diligent training.
