Just reading this post from last year. How did did this work for you? I too will be a first time anavar user. I'm 33 y/o at 20% bf, 5'11 and sitting at 145 lbs. Lifting 4 days and cardio 2. Wondering if this a cycle worth trying for lean gains and shed of a little more Bf.

I've been working out for about 4 years now. I'm just seriously getting back into lifting after snapping my leg and ankle. I really want to lean down, drop fat and gain some quality lean muscle and get up on my lifts.

Hi all!
I've just ordered my first lot of Anavar and wanted some guidance.
A bit about myself, I'm 24, sitting at about 75kg and 27% bf.
I'm really looking to gain some more knowledge on how I should be cycling this before I start, and figured this would be the place to ask [emoji5]
