Im 38 yrs old , five foot nine and about 180 lbs , I been alcohol free for 1 yr 10 months and 24 days and now have decided to try to direct my addiction for alcohol into my health ... im tryin to be a beast when im forty ... like the title says , im new to it all but everyone has gotta start somewhere
