Can some one please advice me a good cutting cycle for a beginner please. Trying to get ready for the summer. I weigh 230 trying to get around 205. Also I'm 31 I train 5 days a week a hour and a half each session right now I'm only doing 10 min of cardio every other day starting next month I'm going to go 30 min of cardio being I will be starting my cutting phase.
