    Well done!! 130lbs down sweet. Creatine is must when on cycle IMO along with bcaa's. You will be surprised how much of a difference a good supplement regimen can make.

    other than my Test/Deca cycle, i dont really take any supps, drink whey and casein protein and got some waxy on the way...

    i am making progress, just taking a long time.....I have days when I am like god damn I see change, just got to keep motivated and realize I weighed 130lbs less than a year ago!!!!!!

    Have you tried a calorie increase or changing supplements up? How about your training routine? What are you taking right now? Your body adapts very quickly, you must change all aspects up every now and to re-stimulate.
