I'm having some trouble with calculating lap day distances and time for my training program. I’m trying to set up a structured approach for my cardio and need to know the best way to calculate the total distance covered during my sessions.
When it comes to lap day calculate, I usually do a combination of sprinting and endurance laps, but I’m struggling to figure out how to track my overall effort and improve my pace. Does anyone have a formula or method to calculate lap day distances accurately?
