    Eligible Circumstances for Return or Exchange:


    You may initiate a return or exchange if:
    • The delivered product differs from what was originally ordered.
    • The delivered product arrives damaged. Please provide evidence when making the claim.
    • The delivered product does not match the specified size.
    • Customization of the delivered product does not align with the provided brief.
    Ineligible Circumstances for Return or Exchange:


    Return or exchange requests may not be entertained under the following conditions:
    • The delivered product meets all requirements and does not align with the aforementioned situations.
    • Incorrect information provided in the brief by the client, leading to dissatisfaction and a subsequent request for a refund.
    • Delays in delivery caused by logistics issues or returned orders due to incorrect client-provided addresses.
    • Involvement of a third party (e.g., friend, family, or lawyer) instead of the buyer directly making the claim.
    Responsibility for Shipping Charges:


    In cases where the mistake originates from our end, we will bear the shipping charges. However, if the issue does not stem from our processes, the client will be responsible for shipping costs.
