Hey guys,
I am assuming that this forum is part of napsgear, if not disregard. I wanted to know if any of the admins of this forum are able to reset a password for the napsgear main site, or know anyone at the napsgear site that can. I host my own domain, but for some reason I don't receive emails from napsgear. A week ago or so I was unable to login and I reset my password. I received a message saying that my password was reset and the new one was emailed to me. I never received the email, or any of the other attempts to reset the password. So I am unable to login to the main site now.
I have opened support tickets but I was told they are unable to reset passwords. I have placed an order and it would be nice to check the status myself rather then having to bother support and open a ticket.
