BMI and BF
Was about to leave gym yesterday talking to a trainer when he asked about my BF %. I didnt know it so he gave me an electronic thing to hold. My readings were 25.1 bmi n 9.7% BF.
He told me my readings may b a lil off because your suppose to take the reading before you workout not after.
since reading was taken after workout and not before how far off do u thing results are and in which direction?
