    Hello JM



    1/2 cup oats - no boil needed just strait up oats
    1/4 Greek yogurt
    1/4 cup milk or almond milk
    1 to 2 tbsp chia seeds
    1 to 2 tbsp flax seeds

    Put in fridge for 30 mins
    When ready to eat add 1/2 melted banana and frozen or dried fruit
    Sometime I do almonds or nuts too

    This is good for up to 3 days
