Lets just say,its something I really enjoy doing.Trying to eat a bbing or even just a healthy diet can be very difficult not only for time but keeping track of macros so by preparing most of my own meals,it eliminates both problems.

Plus the biggest problem is the expense of eating healthy.Again,by preparing all my own meals,I can make them in bulk quantities so I have meals throughout the week. Not only does this save a ton of cash, but again,TONS of time.

A little high in sodium but it wont kill ya once in a while.Just up your water intake that day to help flush it out.

    Total Time: 25 Minutes
    Servings: 2

    Ingredients:

    6 egg whites,2 whole eggs , blended
½ cup grated fat free cheese
1 (6 ounce) package Low Fat Canadian bacon , chopped
    1 cup chopped onion
    ½ cup chopped bell pepper
    onion powder
    garlic powder
hot pepper sauce ( I, F.I.S.T. prefer Habenero Pepper Sauce)

    Directions:

    Heat skillet to med-high heat.
Cook bacon, onions, and peppers until tender.
While bacon is cooking stir seasoning and cheese into egg mixture.
When bacon is done stire in egg mixture until eggs are scrambled.
Add different vegetables to mix it up! This goes great with smashed avocado. You can eat wrap in a whole wheat tortilla for an easy on the go meal.
