Some of you might already be doin this, but with all the veggies I eat I needed to come up with a healthy salad dressing. The best part is you know exactly whats in it.
1 half avocado
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Stick in a food processor and liquify it. Damn good stuff.
