trying to get in better shape
i'm 18 years old and i'm strong but i want to have a nicer body. can anyone give me a workout they know will work? i'm trying to get a bigger chest and bigger traps. i need some advice from an experienced person.Tags: None

There are tons of great work out plans that all work very well. The way I learned back when i was 15, was to go up to a really big dude and just ask questions. People in the gym don't bite and will even help u train. Meet people, get in there, interact, socialize, and ask questions if there is something that you don't understand. If you want to improve your traps, do shrugs, upright row, shoulder presses, and dumb bell shoulder presses. If you shrug a lot and u gradually go heavier and heavier, you won't have to do much else with shoulders. I have really large traps, I do a ton of shrugs, usually around 40 50 reps or 10-15 reps with heavy weight.
