My friend gave me a bottle of his Geneza GP Test Prop 100 along with a few 2ml syringes with 23 ga x1 " pins...All this was to see how I would tolerate a few shots before proceding any farther...I'm 56 yers old and havent't worked out in years...I'm ready to move foward while being closely monitered by a friend....Here's the major problem I encountered with my 5 injections..And this is a biggie...All injections were done at least a week to two weeks apart...
Injections 1 and 2 were given to me properly in my each cheek ...one week apart
i was so sore that it was hard to roll from one cheek to the other..For a good 8 to 10 days...I mean incredible soreness...so I let a couple weeks pass and hooked up with my future monitor friend..
He inspected the medicine and the pins and it looked fine to him...So he taught me how to inject into my thigh muscle...All injections were fine too...it took about 2 days before I was limping...I did that for 6 or 7 days before I gave myself my first shot in the oppisite thigh..
2 days later, I couldn't hardly walk at all....that was 5 days ago...Now I,m almost walking normal but DAMN....I've read some here tonight, which is my 1st night signed up...I,ve read about pin guages, lengths, warming the oil, walking, flying, and everything...SO
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG ? that kind of pain would hobble anybody and there was ZERO physical evidence at the injection sites....HELP ME GET STARTED and Thank You in advance !!!
My advice:
Pin the glutes. Use a heating pad after. Knuckle up the muscle every now and again to tenderize it. Keep the area sterile and clean of any possible bacteria. USE the muscle you inject in as much as you can, to keep everything loose and so it doesn't just ball up in an area that doesn't get worked a lot. Some people train the muscle they inject the same day, to keep everything flowing and the oil and muscles from tensing up. =
After you're done injecting, immediately and HARD keep HARD continuous pressure where it travelled down. I think most people don't do it hard or long enough to trigger a better/quicker healing response. But, I have heard mainly that prop burns and is a known thing. You could also maybe try anti-inflammatory's like ibuprofen / aspirin etc but maybe some more experienced users can correct me if I'm wrong
